We truly enjoyed the comforts of this hip new hotel. We stayed in the queen room, it was soundproof. The bathroom was nice, with bidet. The venue was placed in the very central location close to restaurants and shops. You can find Ristorante Esperia next door to the hotel to a have lunch.

Our group consisted of my husband, me and 3 20+ year old "children". We stayed in the suite and it was absolutely perfect for our family. We had three bedrooms and a large, by European standards, bathroom. We had our own entrance, which was really convenient since we were somewhat removed from the rest of the hotel. The desk help was awesome, they recommended great Roman flavored restaurants and helped us with our tour booking reservations. We had been in three other European countries before our stop in Rome and this room layout was one of our favorites. The location was excellent, only 2 blocks from the Metro and a short walk to the train station so we could get there easily on foot. I don't know what the regular rooms were like, but if you have a large group I would recommend the suite!
We had a hard time finding the hotel. It is tucked away in a building without much visibility from the main street. I would recommend you map the location before arrival, it is easy to walk right past it! People on the street were helpful in pointing us in the right direction.

We spent 3 nights in the hotel following a 7 day ship cruise. We arrived at about noontime, and as it happened our room was ready in about 15 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful, and spoke English. The location is about 2 blocks to the metro and 5 blocks from Termini train station. There is a well stocked full service market about 1 block away. Restaurants and shops for clothes, shoes, books, and a pharmacy are very nearby. The rooms were large enough, and clean. Towels were changed daaily. The air-conditioner worked well and kept the room very comfortable, even when it was hot outside. The fan setting eliminated any outside noise if you are a light sleeper. The breadkfast was excellent, hot tea, coffee, juices, milk, cereals, yogourt, fruit, great pastries, toast, cold meat and cheese. When you arrive, be prepared to gain entry, by pushing the intercom buttons on the street entrance, and also once inside the building. You will be "buzzed in", and the hotel lobby is found one floor up on the interrior of the building. There is a small elevator used with the help of the staff to bring your luggage up. Otherwise be prepared to walk up one flight of stairs to get to the hotel lobby and your room. We would certainly stay here again.
The only concern for our room was that while the bathroom was large, the shower itself was small, and a large person, (I.E. 240 lbs.or more) will find it difficult.

The Hotel is a charming antique building and has a courtyard with a fountain. Very well maintained. Very clean. Staff well prepared and professional. The room is very comfortable and elegant, with a refrigerator, air conditioning and wireless internet for free. Excellent breakfast. Great location on Via Nazionale, near the Termini station, the Piazza della Repubblica, the subway and several bus lines. Great value for money, highly recommend.

The room was large and nicely decorated with reproductions of paintings by Picasso, Gaugain, etc. The breakfast was pretty good. The location of the hotel is good, being 10 minutes from the main station, yet most tourist attractions are within walking distance.
The cleaning staff would unplug anything we left to charge while we were out - rather inconvenient. The area is extremeley noisy and the windows do not have any kind of soundproofing. The toilet would randomly refuse to flush.
